What is LinkSanca?
LinkSanca is a link shortener and analytics tool in one: turn long URLs into short links, then track every click that comes in — which country, which device, and which traffic source.
Is LinkSanca free?
Yes. The Free plan is enough for personal use: up to 3 links with basic analytics. Upgrade only when you need unlimited links, pixels, or a team.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. Just sign up with an email, verify, and start using it right away.
Features
Can I use my own link name (custom alias)?
Yes (Pro plan and up). As long as it is not taken, you are free to choose your own alias.
Which redirect types are supported?
Five types: 301 (permanent), 302 (temporary), 307, meta refresh, and JavaScript — to fit a range of campaign needs.
What is a tracking pixel?
A tracking code from ad platforms (Google Analytics 4, Meta, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn) that you can add to a link, so visitors who click can be retargeted in your own ads.
Does every link have a QR code?
Yes. Every link comes with a downloadable QR for print on packaging, flyers, or offline materials.
Can I limit or protect a link?
Yes. Lock a link with a password, cap the maximum number of clicks, or set an expiry date — after which the link deactivates automatically.
Data & Security
What analytics data is recorded?
Total & unique clicks, country, city, device type, browser, operating system, traffic source (referrer), and UTM parameters. Everything can be exported to CSV.
Are visitor IP addresses stored?
IPs are not stored raw. We turn them into a keyed hash that changes every month — enough to count unique visitors, but it cannot be turned back into the original address.
How secure is my account?
Passwords are stored hashed, every form is protected with an anti-forgery (CSRF) token, and failed login attempts are rate-limited automatically to prevent break-ins.
Can I export all my data?
Yes. Link data and click history can be exported to a CSV file anytime from the dashboard.

How do I sign up?
Click Sign up, enter your email & password, then verify via the email we send you.
I forgot my password, what now?
On the login page, click "Forgot password?". We send a reset link to your email (valid for 1 hour for security), or contact us via the Contact page.
How do I upgrade or cancel?
Upgrade from the subscription menu in your dashboard. No contracts — cancel anytime, and your account drops to Free without losing link data.
